What does Pro unlock?

Managers Playbook Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that unlocks the AI assistant chat, the 1:1 recorder, inbox drafting, and calendar export, and removes the free daily AI limit.

How does the AI work without an account?

The assistant runs on-device using Apple Intelligence or a small model you can download. You can optionally use your own free Google Gemini key instead. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you set up Gemini.

I bought Pro on another device — how do I restore it?

Go to Settings ▸ Pro ▸ Restore Purchase.

How do I export or delete my data?

Open Settings ▸ Data. You can export everything as a file or reset all data at any time.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad running iOS/iPadOS 17 or later. The downloadable local model and Apple Intelligence require a compatible device.
