Managers Playbook is designed to be private. Your data stays on your device.
Nothing. We do not operate servers that collect your data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking. We have no accounts and cannot see your team information, notes, feedback, reviews, tasks, or messages. All of it is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.
The assistant can run entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence or a small open language model you optionally download. In both cases, your text never leaves your device.
If you choose to enable Google Gemini in the app's assistant settings, you provide your own Google API key, and the text of the requests you make is sent to Google to generate a response, under Google's terms and privacy policy. This is entirely optional and off unless you configure it. Your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device and is used only to contact Google directly.
If you grant permission, the app writes events/reminders you create to your chosen calendar or reminders list, and uses the microphone and Apple's speech recognition to transcribe when you tap the mic. These are used only for the features you invoke and are not sent to us.
Managers Playbook Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
You can export all of your data as a file, and delete everything at any time, from Settings ▸ Data. Deleting the app removes all its data from your device.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
