Frequently asked questions

How does the app know if I took my medication?

When you take a dose, you tap "I took it" on the Today screen, the Home/Lock‑Screen widget, or your Apple Watch. The Today screen and widget then show, at a glance, whether each medication is taken, due, or coming up — so you never have to wonder or double‑dose.

What's free and what's in Pro?

The free version fully tracks one medication — with reminders, history, and the widget — for as long as you like. The one‑time Pro upgrade unlocks unlimited medications plus refill forecasting, counting pills from a photo, extra colors, reminder sounds, CSV export, and Apple Watch sync.

How does refill tracking and the "run‑out date" work?

Turn on "Track refills" for a medication and enter how many pills you have right now. Each logged dose counts down from that number, and the app shows roughly how many days of supply you have left and the date you'll run out — turning orange when you're down to about a week.

How accurate is counting pills with the camera?

Pour your pills onto a plain, contrasting surface and take a photo; the app estimates the count on your device. It's a best‑effort estimate — always shown as an editable number you can adjust before saving.

Where is my data stored? Will I lose it if I reinstall?

Your data is stored on your device and, if you're signed in to iCloud, synced privately through your own iCloud account. That means it syncs across your devices and is restored if you delete and reinstall the app. We never see your data.

I bought Pro but it isn't showing. How do I restore it?

Open Settings inside the app and tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro.

How do I start over?

In Settings, scroll to "Danger zone" and tap "Reset all data." You'll be asked to confirm twice — this permanently erases all medications and history and can't be undone.
