Did I Take It? ("the app") is a personal medication tracker built by TechBitsMix. We designed it to be private by default. This policy explains, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with your information.
None. We do not operate servers that receive your data, and the app contains no analytics, advertising, or third‑party tracking software. We do not ask you to create an account or sign in.
The medications you add, your schedules, and your dose history are stored locally on your device using Apple's on‑device database. If you are signed in to iCloud and have it enabled, this data is synced through Apple's CloudKit to your own private iCloud account so it is available on your other devices and survives reinstalling the app. This sync is between you and Apple; the developer has no access to it. Apple's handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The optional "count pills" feature uses your camera to photograph pills so the app can estimate how many you have. This image analysis happens entirely on your device. Photos taken for counting are not saved by the app and are never uploaded or shared.
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated and delivered locally and are not sent through any server we control.
The optional one‑time "Pro" upgrade is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment information. Purchase validation is handled by Apple's StoreKit on your device.
We do not share, rent, or sell your information to anyone, because we never collect it in the first place.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
