By downloading or using Grid Naval Warfare ("the App") you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase. All purchases are final and are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. The purchase unlocks in-App content only and has no cash value.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its services, and to use online features respectfully.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
Except where superseded above, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.
